Here is the late Leonard Cohen singing his famous song “Hallelujah”. This song has been recorded by over 200 artists since he wrote it in 1984 – from Justin Timberlake to Bob Dylan to the current version by Pentatonic in a cappella form. It has been used in a variety of films because of it’s melancholy, mournful and emotional undertones. At 82, Cohen passed away on Monday, November 7th, but not before releasing his last album “You Want it Darker” in October. His amazing career spanned five decades! Rest in peace Mr. Cohen.
