5th grade teacher has unique handshake for every one of his students

Barry White Jr. is an amazing 5th grade teacher at Ashley Park Elementary school in Charlotte, NC. He wants to add joy to the lives of the children he teaches and knows that he won’t be as effective a teacher to his kids if they don’t trust him. He has a unique (and pretty complicated) handshake with each one of his students and they do their handshake every day before going to class.
