Another good day for religious liberty

Another good day for religious liberty

Despite the hysterics, the actual courts seem to have fallen on the side of religious liberty more often than not.  We hear constant outcries that religious freedom is two steps from extinction.  I can’t help but notice, however, that the courts are preserving religious liberty in many of the high profile cases.

Here is an example.  It almost looks like the courts are walking that balance that liberalism was all about back in the day.  They’re accepting the progressive interpretation of things such as marriage and homosexuality, but saying that people actually have the right to disagree.

Not that there haven’t been some attempts to say otherwise.  You’ll always have people say a country isn’t big enough for the two of us.  But the courts appear to be holding their own, and telling Americans that, as of now, America is big enough to allow us to agree to disagree.
