With more than 8 women and counting, having come forward accusing Donald Trump of sexual assault, and with Trump in his owns words confessing to sexual assault when he said he grabs women by their genitals and kisses them, without consent, there is nothing left to say except that Donald Trump is a sexual predator and a serial sexual predator at that.
“Believe me, she would not be my first choice, that I can tell you. Man, you don’t know, that would not be my first choice,” he said.
He then went on to mock other accusers, mimicking the actions he was accused of doing to them.
My God. Here is Trump mimicking the sexual assault motions that he has been accused of. pic.twitter.com/T0OzW5isrE— Benny (@bennyjohnson) October 14, 2016
As more accusers come forwards, it’s become reasonable to think that many more will not. His treatment of these women, in the public eye, has been atrocious. This is why women don’t come forward. They are mocked and called liars. Their claims are dismissed and their lives ruined, again, by the same person who assaulted them.
The Republican Party elite, which had originally distanced themselves after last week’s video showed Trump suggesting that he sexually assaulted women, yet came running back to Trump after his okay debate performance, have been silent on these allegations. Or worse, they have called the women liars.
The entire Republican Party is rallying behind a sexual predator. While they speak out against Hillary Clinton because of her husband’s actions, they remain loyal to a man who likely has a longer track record of assault, if not simply equal to.
This is the double standard in American politics, it is the women’s fault her husband cheated, but Trump is innocent.
With Trump outright admitting that he assaulted women, and now women coming forward to confirm he did just that, there is no reason not to assume every single story is true.
A vote for Trump is a vote for sexual assault. It’s a vote for a serial predator.
