Your Faux Right Wing Outrage Du Jour

Your Faux Right Wing Outrage Du Jour July 20, 2015

The Worldnetdaily gives us a perfect example of right wing absurdity and demagoguery, breathlessly noting that President Obama tweeted a greeting to Muslims for Eid Mubarak just hours before a Muslim man killed four Marines on a military base in Tennessee.

President Obama, in what’s sure to emerge as a public relations disaster, sent out a tweet just two hours before the domestic terrorist attack in Chattanooga, Tennessee, that left four U.S. Marines dead that said, in essence: Happy Eid-ul-Fitr, all you Muslims of the world.

His tweet, from the White House account, as reported by Breitbart: “‘From my family to yours, Eid Mubarak!’ – @POTUS to Muslims celebrating Eid-ul-Fitr.”

Obama, along with his wife, Michelle, also issued a statement about Eid-ul-Fitr, extending the “warmest wishes to Muslims in the United States and around the world,” he said.

“As Muslims mark the end of the month, they are reminded that Ramadan is a time to reflect spiritually, build communally, and aid those in need,” the first couple said, the White House Twitter account showed. “While Eid marks the end of Ramadan, it marks a new beginning for each individual – a reason to celebrate and express gratitude on this holiday.”…

Obama’s official remarks about the shootings that killed four Marines and left a Marine, a sailor and a police officer critically injured, are they were committed at the hands of a lone gunman. As WND previouly reported. Mohammad Youssef Abdulazeez was born in Kuwait and had a Jordanian citizenship, then emigrated to America with his family and became a naturalized citizen.

Because obviously this has deep meaning. It couldn’t be a coincidence or anything. It would be like…oh, I don’t know, like President Bush talking about Jesus a few days before a Christian shoots an abortion doctor. Clearly they must have known, or should have known. Idiots.
