As he weakly responds to the rather obvious murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi by his pal, Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman, Trump is lying and claiming that he has no financial interests with Saudi Arabia. But as with so many of his lies, we have proof on video of him bragging about how much the Saudis have invested in his properties.
Trump says he has no financial interests with the Saudis, which is funny because there's literally a video of him explaining his financial interests with the Saudis. pic.twitter.com/wst182MjYm

And the Washington Post reported recently that Salman really bailed one of his hotels with a hugely expensive stay with a giant entourage:
At both hotels, the Trump Organization told investors that it did have some good news: In recent months, their losses had been cushioned, partly by new customers from overseas. Both hotels noted an influx of visitors from Saudi Arabia…
In May, Sanders wrote to the hotel’s investors with a bit of good news: Revenue had increased in the first quarter of 2018. The reason, he wrote in his quarterly letter: “a last-minute visit to New York by the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia,” in which a number of travelers accompanying the prince paid to stay at the Trump hotel…But there was good news, again, from Saudi Arabia.
At last count, the hotel said, Saudi-based customers had booked 218 nights at Trump Chicago this year — a 169 percent increase from the same period in 2016.
He also claims that he has no financial interests in Russia, but we know that Russian oligarchs have invested hundreds of millions of dollars in Trump properties. One of them bought a Florida mansion from Trump at a cost way over market value, a transaction that raises serious red flags about money laundering and a kickback. And we have Donald Trump, Jr. bragging that they didn’t need American banks anymore because Russian money “make up a pretty disproportionate cross-section of a lot of our assets…We see a lot of money pouring in from Russia.”
There’s a scene in the first Christoper Nolan Batman movie where Falcone is bragging about how much power he has. He says to Bruce Wayne, “Look around you: you’ll see two councilmen, a union official, a couple off-duty cops, and a judge. Now, I wouldn’t have a second’s hesitation of blowing your head off right here and right now in front of ’em. Now, that’s power you can’t buy! That’s the power of fear.” Trump has a similar power and it’s why he can be such a shameless liar. He is safe with the knowledge that even though there is video of him that proves the lie, his followers will simply not care. Not one bit.
