The Bryan Fischer Award is given to those who display a staggering lack of self-awareness, often accusing others of their own worst sins. Get this one. Joe Scarborough, who has done everything but let Donald Trump walk him down Fifth Avenue on a leash, is criticizing CNN for giving Trump “unprecedented access.”

The Worldnetdaily has an article about Rafael Cruz addressing allegation from Donald Trump that he was somehow involved with the assassination of JFK. I really couldn’t care less about that, but these few paragraphs earn David Barton a Bryan Fischer Award:

It almost seems anti-climactic to give a Bryan Fischer Award to Glenn Beck. The award, which is given to those who display a staggering lack of self-awareness and self-contradiction, could just as easily be named after Beck himself. And this latest example is simply precious. He’s talking here about the jerk who accused Whole Foods of putting “fag” on a cake he ordered.

The Bryan Fischer Award is given to those who display a staggering lack of self-awareness and this may be the most blatant example of that I have ever seen. Today’s winner is Ted Cruz, who had the audacity to claim that Donald Trump is winning because of “low information voters.” As if his were so highly educated and well-informed.

Unhinged bigot and world-class ignoramus Bryan Fischer will be lending his theocratic extremist appeal to his fellow dominionist Ted Cruz. Fischer will be appearing at at least two Cruz campaign rallies in the state of Mississippi, home of the American Family Association for which he works.

The Bryan Fischer award is given to those who show a mind-boggling lack of self-awareness. Today’s winner is House Speaker Paul Ryan, who condemned Donald Trump for appealing to racism and bigotry while declaring that the Republican party “does not prey on people’s prejudices.”

One of the more ridiculous young earth creationist “theories” is the one that claims that all the water from the flood came from a “vapor canopy” that surrounded the earth prior to the flood, which then fell to earth. How dumb is this claim? Dumb enough that Bryan Fischer believes in it.

BryanFischerAwardThe Bryan Fischer Award is given to those who display a breathtaking lack of self-awareness. Sometimes this manifests itself as accusing one’s opponents of their own worst qualities. In the case of Ted Cruz, it’s showing itself now as pretending that he never does what he does every waking moment, namely wrap himself in his religion for political gain.
