Male Sweat Arouses Women!

All those sweaty and smelly guys who people run away from.. well it turns out in some way they arouse women! Yeah, in some turn of events here, the sweaty male is a turn on for women! Scientists have found a molecule in the male sweat that makes women aroused. The molecule is called androstadienone (4,16-androstadien-3-one) and its effects include:

1. Higher Cortisol level (stress hormone)
2. Higher Blood pressure
3. Higher Heart Rate and Breathing
4. Improved Mood
5. Boost in Sexual Arousal

All these women did was sniff into a bottle full of this chemical extracted from the male sweat! And heck, the other day I was lecturing the newly landed (in US) Indians on the virtues of a deodorant! Sweaty males, by logic, would be quintessential territorial kings! For they would keep other males off the area and attract all women into their periphery and AROUSED as well!

Here is what the study leader Claire Wyart – Post doctoral fellow at UC Berkeley says:

While the compound can make women feel more positive and sexually aroused, it’s still unclear how it affects their behavior, Wyart said.

Well.. quite obviously she has never been aroused to know what behavioral change sexual arousal brings!
