That dance - its exuberance... that life.. and that spontaneity - has probably never been witnessed since! Every other act of so-called spontaneity looks "practised". So, sharing this as the first of those things that our generation related to so strongly. Can you please share such things that made YOU come alive? Read more

Value is built and destroyed in the Change. Change in business and processes is not easy but it is an imperative companion. So, either the your failure to cope puts a cost on you (and value is destroyed), or you can put a cost to your failure to cope (and value is created). Very few businesses actually properly anticipate change in environment and go on the long journey of change in business and subsequent change in processes. Most businesses see the changing environment and then start making changes at the lower levels - maybe tools.. maybe processes here and there... maybe even some strategies. But the syncing of this is absent. Response to Change has to be synced throughout the company! Read more

Honor Killings have been a big issue in the Islamic countries from Arabic countries to Indonesia. In fact some Muslim women living in US and UK have been victims of this practice - where the family thinks that it is important to uphold the family honor - over and above the life of a person. Here is a definition:[1] An honor killing or honour killing is the murder of a family or clan member by one or more fellow family members, when the murderers (and potentially the wider community) believe the victim to have brought dishonour upon the family, clan, or community, normally by (a) utilising dress codes unacceptable to certain Islamic people or (b) engaging in certain sexual acts. These killings result from the perception that defense of honour justifies killing a person whose behavior dishonours their clan or family. Look at the stories of these women: Hatin Surucu Hatin Surucu just wanted to live her own life. Instead, she became Berlin's latest victim of honor killings. Her Turkish Muslim brothers allegedly gunned her down for adopting Western ways.[2] Read more

This morning while walking, suddenly the cardinal points toward I was heading stared a conversation with me. While walking northwards I sense more than listen to the following words: “You’re waking toward where cold crystalline water arises from the Nort Pole into a high altitude, and from there travels very fast heading southwards. I am dropping some of this magic water into your head until all your hair and scalp are completly wet. This wetness feels like you are being baptized, so The Holy Spirit can descend over you penetrating every single cell in your physical and spiritual body. From now on your communication with our Father will be carried out with much stronger spiritual links, so obey all the suggested pieces of advice.” Read more
