This is mindless!! The violence over mere imagination of a cartoonist goes on and on and on!! Thousands of Muslims rampaged Sunday in Beirut, setting fire to the Danish Embassy, burning Danish flags and lobbing stones at a Maronite Catholic church as violent protests over caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad spread from neighboring Syria. Troops fired bullets into the air and used tear gas and water cannons to push the crowds back after a small group of Islamic extremists tried to break through the security barrier outside the embassy. Yahoo reports: The number of British households declaring bankruptcy because of an unmanageable burden of debt hit a record high last year, according to official figures. The total of 67,580 bankruptcies was 45 percent up on 2004 and the highest since the statistic began to be recorded 45 years ago. So finally the vote happened on the Iran's nuclear issue and India voted against Iran! Twenty-seven members, including India, voted in favour of the motion, five abstained and three voted against. Now, this is one issue on which China, Germany, France, and Russia have come to side with the US! That is useful for the US and quite intriguing as well! If China and Russia indeed have such large stakes in Iran as we all know they have.. and they know that US is kind of in a corner with respect to "attacking another country".. then it is pretty obvious that there must be something that they found completely against their national interest in allowing Iran to acquire the nukes! Read more
