At least 500 Palestinian people have been killed in a bombing of the Baptist Hospital in Gaza City. Just like that. UPDATE: Israel is now claiming – without providing evidence – that it did not bomb the hospital (kind of like it claimed that it did not kill Shireen Abu Akleh – until the truth came out). Time will tell.
Israel has been demanding that Gazans in the north of their densely populated enclave flee to the south, also densely populated, and still under bombardment. At least 70 Gazans fleeing southward – obeying orders from Israel – have been killed in airstrikes as they fled.
The very suggestion of moving 1.1 million Gazans into an area that is already too small for the other 1.1 million already living there, is preposterous. But the order remains in place.

Medical staff in some of the 22 hospitals in northern Gaza have vowed not to abandon their patients, for whom travel would be a death sentence (especially given that Israel has destroyed many ambulances in airstrikes).
Thousands of Gazans have also been sheltering in the hospital courtyards, under the impression that a hospital may be safer than any other place in Gaza.
It’s not.
Because without warning, Israeli warplanes bombed the Ahli Arab Baptist Hospital. Early estimates were that 2-300 were killed, then the number jumped to 500. Some are saying it’s expected to reach 1,000 or more.
The moment for Christians to speak up is NOW (really, it’s way past time).
Simply use your social media accounts, your email. Your. Mouth.
Say “Israel, STOP THE BOMBING NOW.” DO IT.
They’ll know we are Christians by our refusal to stay silent during genocide. DO IT NOW.
