Now, granted, I disagree with much of the rest of what the author says. But he’s dead on that there are no quick fixes. — and, from the Renaissance Center to the Poletown plant to the Greektown Casinos to the proposed new hockey stadium, Detroit’s planners have been all about the quick fix!
