It’s not rare to see someone standing on my street scooping warm dog mess into a plastic bag. My town, like most, requires that you pick up after your pets. What I am seeing more and more of, however, are abandoned plastic bags full of pooch poop. I can’t get away from Chick-fil-A—no matter how hard I try. I never thought I would say this, but I have to stand on the side of the ambivalent with this one. Our small group recently acquired a new member who at one point called us all “fools” for being Christians. She said it with a jesting smile, but truly, she considered herself some sort of atheist, and us a bunch of dupes.
