As Christians, we are on a faith journey. The journey can be dangerous. Anyone who is separated as a temporary resident away from their homeland will feel anxious on the journey. However, we have protection. This “Trinity Protection Agency” helps us on our journey.

God the Father chooses us. Yes, we come to Christ,

““…He gave His One and Only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16, HCSB)

but we also enjoy the benefit that God chooses us.

“For those He foreknew He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brothers. And those He predestined, He also called; and those He called, He also justified; and those He justified, He also glorified.” (Romans 8:29–30, HCSB)

God picks you just as a father and mother choose to adopt children.

The Holy Spirit sets you apart. Jesus was directed by the Holy Spirit on His journey.

“Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the Devil.” (Matthew 4:1, HCSB)

As Christians, the Holy Spirit also directs our journey. He seperates us from the world so that may be prepared to be obedient for the task He has called for each and every one of us.

Finally, we have protection through the actions of Jesus Christ the Son. In essence, Jesus has done the spiritual heavy lifting for us. He took our sin and He paid our sin debt to His Father by His death on the cross.

As a result of all of this protection, God’s grace and peace can be multiplied to me. I have no barriers which can prevent me from receiving God’s grace and God’s peace. God’s grace will always lead to God’s peace. I can receive the peace I need during my journey because I have top-notch spiritual protection from a Team which can’t be beat.
