In this week’s episode of my podcast, Second Cup with Keith, I kick off a brand-new series on Biblical Marriage to answer your questions about the subject.

LISTEN NOW:

Second Cup with Keith is back after a short hiatus! To get things rolling, I wanted to start a new series of episodes about Marriage from a Biblical perspective. Our series will include episodes about gender, sexuality, divorce, and more.

This first episode explains why this series is so important and how our Bible may not be the most accurate picture of what marriage was actually like during the time the Hebrew scriptures were being written.

The conversation here covers the first two chapters of Genesis as a basis for what marriage could be, and explores the shockingly harsh reality of what relationships were like between men and women in the ancient Jewish world.

You may be surprised. You may get offended. Who knows? You may even learn something you never knew before.

But the one thing you won’t be is unmoved by what we cover in this episode about “Biblical Marriage”.

I hope this episode helps us re-think our ideas about marriage from a Christlike perspective.

Thanks

Keith
