Now a woman, one from the women of the sons of the prophets cried out to ‘Eliysha’ saying

“Your servant my man is dead.
Now you yourself know that your servant was fearing Yahweh
And the creditor/forgetful-one has entered to take two of my children to himself as servants.”
And said to her ‘Eliysha’
“What shall I do for you?
Report to me: What is there to you in the house?”
And she said,
“There is not to your maidservant all in the house except small-jug of oil.”
And he said,
“Walk/go. Ask for you vessels from outside, from all your inhabitants.
Empty vessels. Do not diminish.
And you shall enter and shut the door away from you and away from your sons.
And you shall pour out from over all these vessels
And the full you shall cause-to-set-out.”

And she went/walked from him
And she shut the door away from her and away from her sons.
They themselves were causing-to-draw-near to her
And she herself poured out.
And it was according to the filling of the vessels
And she said to her son

And he said to her,
“There is not still a vessel.”
And stood the oil.

Let us make, please, an ascension-room of a wall (roof chamber with wall), a small one,
And let us set for him there a bed and a table and a throne and a menorah.
And it will be in his entering to us he will turn aside there.”

‘Behold, you have trembled to us all this trembling.
What to do for you?
Is there for a word/thing for you to the king or to the chief of the host?’”
And she said,
“In the midst of my people I myself dwell.”
And he said,
“Now what to do for her?”
And said Geychaziy,
“Truly a son there is not to her. And her man is old.”
And he said,
“Call to her.”
And he called to her and she stood in the opening/doorway.

And if blesses you a man do not answer him.
And put my staff on the face of the boy.”
