Jeffrey Overstreet is the author of four novels including Auralia’s Colors, and a “memoir of dangerous moviegoing” — Through a Screen Darkly. He is an award-winning film reviewer, a creative writing instructor, a magazine editor, a speaker, a blogger, and a member of the Chrysostom Society. He’s celebrating 16 years of marriage to Anne M. Doe Overstreet, who is an accomplished poet and editor. Jeffrey currently works for Seattle Pacific University as communications specialist and as the contributing editor for Seattle Pacific University’s Response magazine. He’s hard at work on a new novel and preparing himself for a future in which he teaches courses in creative writing, cinema, and explorations of faith in art. He and Anne have been invited to teach a creative writing course at Covenant College in Georgia in the fall of 2013.
