Week of August 22, 2016 oracle card reading 

This week I’m using another deck by Colette Baron-Reid, her “Wisdom of the Oracle” deck. As per usual I’m just looking to see what the energies are for the week and what we should look out for, etc. This deck has beautiful artwork and it’s really good for direct questions and answers. Anyway, on to the reading.

For the beginning of the week we have “Exchanging Gifts,” which is about fairness in giving and receiving and being in the flow of that cycle so that you don’t get burned out. Don’t just give, give, give and not allow yourself to receive and vice versa (don’t be greedy). It’s important to find balance between “being” and “doing.” It also indicates potential surprise opportunities you didn’t see coming.

The card for the middle of the week (Wednesday Thursday) is “To the Sea,” which indicates again, being in the flow. It’s a natural continuation from the first card indicating that the opportunities flowing your way at the beginning of the week will continue on. Don’t push and fight and claw- there’s no need to do so. It’s also important here to remember your connection to Goddess (God, spirit, source, the universe, whatever you identify) because you are not alone in this. 

And the card for the weekend is “Loyal Heart” in the reversed position. We see here that you will need to take inventory of your life and the loyalty of those around you (and your loyalty to yourself and your dreams). If there are people in your life who don’t deserve your trust it’s time to let them go. Let go of the beliefs and ideas that don’t help you live the life you want to live/be the person you want to be, as well. Along with this, release all attachments to outcomes. Your invited at this time to take a look at your life and decide what kind of adjustments you want to make in order to live your best life.
