Quoting Quiverfull: Your Mothering Effects Eternity!?

Quoting Quiverfull: Your Mothering Effects Eternity!? May 24, 2016

quotingquiverfullby Nancy Campbell from Above Rubies – Six Generations!

Editor’s note: It’s always interesting how Nancy always manages to extrapolate out every silly thing you do as having eternal consequences and add ‘must dos’ to women’s roles as wives and mothers. While mothering does have long term effects, both good and bad, I’m not sure I buy her you are mothering for eternity talk here.

This is God’s plan–that we build godly generations, from one generation to the next. Perhaps you may not have the privilege of the heritage of a godly generation. Are you the first one in your family to walk with the Lord? Be encouraged. You are now beginning a godly generation! How exciting.

As you nurture your children each day, dear mothers, remember that you are not only mothering for today, but for generations to come. Motherhood is not transient! It’s not just for one day. Your mothering extends to future generations and on to eternity. Every day is a generational day.

QUOTING QUIVERFULL is a regular feature of NLQ – we present the actual words of noted Quiverfull leaders, cultural enforcers and those that seek to keep women submitted to men and ask our readers: What do you think? Agree? Disagree? This is the place to state your opinion. Please, let’s keep it respectful – but at the same time, we encourage readers to examine the ideas of Quiverfull and Spiritual Abuse honestly and thoughtfully.
