by Tim Bayly of the Bayly Blog – Glenn Beck Wants Us to Save the Republican Party
Editor’s note: This isn’t the only religious leader in the Evangelical world standing behind Trump. Most of the Evangelical Christian world apparently thinks that Trump’s many sexual abuse allegations and his own words are somehow less immoral than Mrs. Clinton deleting emails, something that the last two Republican Secretaries of State also did. What type of moral inner wrangling does it take to keep standing behind someone that corrupt? These are all the same men going after Bill Clinton during his presidency over consensual sex, saying his affairs made him unfit to be president.
Glenn Beck is opposing Donald Trump. As he puts it:
“If the consequence of standing against Trump and for principles is indeed the election of Hillary Clinton, so be it. At least it is a moral, ethical choice.”Beck calls on Trump to step down from the nomination. He says this would “guarantee that the Republican party still stands for something [and] still has a future.”
What these guys don’t get is that…
the hatred of Republican pols is precisely why so many of us are considering voting for Trump despite his moral turpitude. We find the moral turpitude of Hillary, Bill, and the Washington Establishment even worse.
QUOTING QUIVERFULL is a regular feature of NLQ – we present the actual words of noted Quiverfull leaders, cultural enforcers and those that seek to keep women submitted to men and ask our readers: What do you think? Agree? Disagree? This is the place to state your opinion. Please, let’s keep it respectful – but at the same time, we encourage readers to examine the ideas of Quiverfull and Spiritual Abuse honestly and thoughtfully.
