Hey Y’all!

I’m Jen @ Noting Grace.

Here’s a little bit about who I am:

I’m a blue jeans, flip flop and hair in a bun kinda girl.

I’m fueled by Faith, Grace and my Caramel Macchiatos
(skinny and stirred).

I’m excellent at finding that huge lump of nothing in the floor and will trip.
every. single. time.

I’m currently seeking counseling for my Downton Abby addiction
and will start …once I kick my Pinterest habit.

I’m an extroverted introvert or vice versa depending on the day.

I have naturally curly hair ~ thus the bun!

I’m constantly redecorranging rooms.

I get easily distra…… Wait, what was I saying?

I’ve lived in 5 states and have had a dozen different mailing addresses.

I’ve been on stage, radio and tv, but no longer give out autographs.

All my labels in my pantry face the same way, but I can never find my iPhone.

Music, coffee, and chocolate are my love languages.

I’m the lone lady in a house full of testosterone.

I sneeze so loud that it blows ear drums
and walk so fast that I must stop for automatic doors to open.

I can live with dust bunnies but abhor clutter.

I’m kind of a word nerd.

My playlist consists of 70s slow jams, Bluegrass, Opera and Prog Rock.

I love going junkin’ and sell my finds on eBay to fund my DIY habit.

I cry at sappy commercials.

No really…the ugly cry!

and… I still have a HUGE crush on my husband.

So Why

You may not know it, but I moonlight as a professional singer.

In music, a ‘grace note’ is an ornamentation to the melody.  It’s like the cherry on top – you don’t HAVE to use it, but sometimes it’s the little things that make it all better and that’s what I hope to share with you! The tiny details that can embellish any project.

Most importantly, and certainly not the least of all of these is my my life redeemed by Grace. I became a Christian at 20 years of age and am most undeserving of this new life, yet my Father looks at me and doesn’t see sinner – He sees Saint.
