Final Notice from Strathmore’s Registries

Final Notice from Strathmore’s Registries

One of the clear signs that various Whoโ€™s Who organizations that Iโ€™ve mentioned before on this blog are scams is the fact that every dayย my spam filter usually contains at least one โ€œfinal noticeโ€ from them about my โ€œopportunityโ€ to be included in their Whoโ€™s Who directory.

All the ones Iโ€™ve come across thus far simply take money from anyone willing to give it to them and in exchange include that person in their directory.

Is โ€œStrathmoreโ€™s Whoโ€™s Whoโ€ the same sort of scam? I donโ€™t know, and hope not to find out, but today I received the first โ€œfinal noticeโ€ e-mail Iโ€™ve noticed from them in my spam filter. I wonder how many more there will be.

My advice to anyone interested is to steer clear of any organization that offers to include you in a โ€œWhoโ€™s Whoโ€ and whose web site is simply a place for you to enter your personal information. But definitely steer clear of any that use the word โ€œfinalโ€ in their e-mails but clearly donโ€™t really mean it.
