Bibliobloggers’ Gathering at SBL: Only Two Questions Remain Unanswered October 12, 2012

Of the classic questions that every reporter is taught to ask, only two remain to be answered about this year’s bibliobloggers’ gatheringwhen and where.

Since people have sometimes struggled to be available for dinner at SBL, perhaps this year we should make it a gathering for drinks, somewhere that people can eat, but don’t necessarily have to?

It is consistently a fun event, and so let’s make this happen! If no one who knows Chicago better than I do comes up with a recommendation for a location, I’ll propose one…

    That picture was Boston, right? I think that may be me half-hidden behind Jared Calaway’s head. I agree with Joel: Pick a place so people only have to argue about a time. It can’t be worse than the place I picked in London, and we still had a great time! 🙂

  • Places are not too much of a challenge – there are plenty of places to drink and to eat in downtown Chicago!

    How many bibliobloggers are going to be there on Monday evening? I know sometimes people leave before the last day…
