My pastor shared this on Facebook. I would add that fighting in the sense of violence simply perpetuates the destruction, and so fighting destructive forces must involve first and foremost refusing to utilize the same weapons they do.

    -So what tactics are useful?

    • Active nonviolent resistance.

      • I don’t see how that can happen in an environment in which barrel bombs are raining down over one’s town every night.

          They can die. I’m not sure if non violent resistors should consent to be shot or loaded off to a death camp. I’m offten not sure what people mean by pacifism.
