These are my two favorite classic (Oldies) religious songs:

    (1) Put Your Hand in the Hand by Ocean: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ulh5Y71Qwk0
    and
    (2) Brother Love’s Travelling Salvation Show by Neil Diamond: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U5va1iaLj2M

I like most of the songs in “Oh Brother, Where Art Thou”. Unconventional religious songs, if you’re riding the rails, with a sense of humor, can’t beat this, although it won’t be played in church…

Thanks for sharing that! If I ever join a secular church, two songs I will recommend for worship time will be,

        (1) Imagine by John Lennon:

        “Imagine there’s no heaven
        It’s easy if you try
        No hell below us
        Above us only sky”

        (2) Empire State Of Mind by Jay Z:

“And Jesus can’t save you, life starts when the church ends”
