The stark statistic that 258 million children worldwide can’t go to school is just one reason human rights education is so important, according to Isabelle Vladoiu.
She founded the U.S. Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR) in 2019. And she uses the educational materials of United for Human Rights, one of the world’s most comprehensive human rights education and public information initiatives.
Governments from around the world send delegates to the USIDHR training programs. They are eager for these trainees to absorb the comprehensive human rights education offered. Their hope is that they will return home to implement meaningful reforms.”
