Keep an envelope with you as you go about your day

Write, “For Christ” on it

As you go throughout the day and you run into frustrations, disappointments, joys, and celebrations, write them on slips of paper and put them into the envelope

At the end of the day, spend time in prayer and offer the envelope, with all that it contains, to Christ
