In a great follow-up to his Augustinian Soul album “Late to Love”, which I reviewed in 2014, Sam Rocha invents another genre: Phenomenological Folk (Pholk?), with “Fear and Loving“. It’s a testament to the understanding that the quality of our education and experience of the world is a result of our ability in Love.
