Jeffrey Stevens was introduced to Jesus in a way he’d never met Him before through a nondenominational church in September of 2012. Within four months, Jeffrey received a full-ride scholarship to study theology at Aidan University in Jacksonville, Florida, and was writing about applying the Bible in daily life for several websites. As he grew closer to Jesus and his theological education advanced, Jeffrey was drawn more and more to Catholicism. He completed RCIA and converted to the Catholic Church in 2018.

Jeffrey can be found as “The Catholic Wordsmith” on his Substack page and has published three daily devotional books through KDP on Amazon. While his priority will always be writing about applying Sacred
Scripture in our daily lives, Jeffrey has also covered the Vatican as a freelance journalist with The Jerusalem Post and a senior writer with ThinkCivics News.
