Gregory Guest is a business law attorney in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a part of his practice, he assists closely-held and family-owned businesses with issues
related to finance, restructuring, governance, and commercial law. He is most interested in the development of cooperatives, mutual organizations and worker-owned, community-centered enterprises as a means of building a sustainable local economy in West Michigan. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy of Law from Lewis University and a Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Greg and his wife Lisa have two children – Gianna and Joseph – who bless their home with a tremendous amount of joy.
