Easter Round-Up: Everything You Need To Know About The Resurrection (Skeptically Speaking)

Easter Round-Up: Everything You Need To Know About The Resurrection (Skeptically Speaking) April 20, 2019

Well that came around quickly. It’s like I’ve been a little bit distracted or something! Anyway here is your annual Easter skeptical roundup of previous writings I have done on the Resurrection and other things pertaining to the Easter story.

Indeed, I was thinking of turning my writings on this topic into a short book to act as a sort of a rebuttal to Lee Strobel’s Easter book. It’s just a little project I have in mind that shouldn’t take too much effort and one I could possibly manage whilst convalescing before I have to go back to work. Anyway, as promised, here is some reading for you:

On the Skepticism of the Resurrection

On the Skepticism of the Resurrection (part 2)

On the Skepticism of the Resurrection (part 3)

On the Skepticism of the Resurrection (part 4) – naturalistic explanations

Jesus: burial practices and crucifixion

Joseph of  Arimathea; a rich prophecy fulfilment

Joseph of Arimathea – fact or fiction? Er, fiction.

Why was Jesus’ tomb not venerated?

Matthew and the guards at the tomb

Happy Easter Reading!
