Sen. Joe Biden said today that Gov. Sarah Palin “warrants respect,” and that is just what he’s going to give her when they debate. As a brother in Christ to the Catholic Biden, I appreciate his admonition. I’ve been unnecessarily harsh on Palin the last few days, allowing my subjective states to eclipse her objective record in my thinking. Thank you, Sen. Biden, for setting an example.
So far, Sen. Obama and Sen. Biden have shown quite a bit of class with respect to Palin’s selection.
