New Report Does Not Support Cheney’s Claims About Enhanced-Interrogation-Techniques’ Efficacy

Torture is gravely immoral. Period. It is intrinsically evil. Period.

The enhanced-interrogation-techniques of the Bush-Cheney administration constituted torture.
