The big news this week has been the protests and L.A. and around the country against ICE raids and their use of excessive force by this demonic power-hungry administration.
Despite most posttests being peaceful, constitutionally protected demonstrations, President Trump and our government have deployed active duty soldiers and the National Guard to Los Angeles as a show of force.

The conflict between American citizens practicing their right to stand up against social injustice and our own government is only getting worse. There has been news about both American citizens and legal immigrants being hurt or detained by authorities.
It’s no wonder more and more people are practicing their constitutional right to stand up against this anti-American and anti-Christian administration:
- Abuse of power
- Uncompassionate
- Unjust
- Greed
As a lifelong conservative, I wonder what happened to the party of good and looking out for the rights of others balanced with law and order. Oh, that’s right, the law only applies when it comes to getting what the president and these so-called conservatives want.
President Trump has done nothing but cause chaos both domestically and internationally. He even campaigned on being a disruptor and that’s what people who claim to be Christian said they wanted.
Despite believing in a God of order, not chaos and injustice, the foolish MAGA movement has disobeyed the God they believe in for an earthly idol leading them to hell (Isaiah 45:7, 1 Corinthians 14: number 33).
The hypocrisy of many Republicans is on full display for the world, as they praised and overlooked the seditious traitors who tried overthrowing our capital just four years ago. Their demonic leader even praised the criminals and called them patriots as he pardoned them. Clearly, the once-conservative party is not concerned about being just (Deuteronomy 10:17, James 2:1).
What is Just
You don’t have to be a Christian to understand we live in a fallen world that is full of evil and injustice. It is clear the world is fallen and that it won’t get any better regardless of what political party is in control, because both parties are made up of fallen and sinful humans.Just is defined as “Based on or behaving according to what is morally right and fair.”

The Bible is clear that no man is good or just (Psalm 14:1-3; 53:1-3, Romans 3:10.) If anyone believes they are just or righteous because of their political affiliation, they have deceived themselves and do not obey or follow Jesus (Job 15:14-16, 2 Chronicles 6:31, 1 John 1:8).
That is why the Bible has a lot to say about being just and condemning injustice (Leviticus 19:15, Psalm 43:1, Proverbs 17:15, James 1:27; 5:1-6, 1 John 3:17-18). Because only God is just (Zechariah 7:10, Acts 10:34).
This is why the Bible teaches God’s people to be just and do what is right (Romans 2:6-11; 12:17). Ever since God called his people out of this corrupt world, we have been commanded to be different from it (Leviticus 19:2, 1 Peter 2:9). In a world full of injustice and darkness, we are to be salt and light (Isaiah 2: 1-22, Matthew 5:13).
As new creations and children of God, we must not walk in darkness or condone the unjust ways of this fallen world (Romans 13:12, 2 Corinthians 4:6; 6:14, Ephesians 5:8; 6:12, 1 Peter 2:9). The apostles remembered their Jewish education about being just and pursuing justice.
Ṣadîq
The Torah tells us that after the fall of man in the garden, humanity continued to drift away from God and became really corrupt and evil (Genesis 4:10; 6:5; 13:13; 18:20-21). Because the creation wanted to know good and evil, they chose evil over the goodness of God (Genesis 3:4-7).
Ever since the fall, mankind has followed the selfish path of Satan in pursuit of greatness and power (Job 1:6-12, Isaiah 14:12-15, Ezekiel 28:12-17). Scripture tells us that God is just and he cannot stand the pride of Satan in this world (Genesis 3:1-5, Job 41:34, Proverbs 8:13; 16:5; 12:22).
The Hebrew word in the Old Testament for just is ṣadîq and it can also mean, “Right, correct, lawful, or righteous,” depending on the context it is used in. The Bible warns us to watch out for the evil and unjust ways of this world (Proverbs 3:7; 7:22; 27:12, Ecclesiastes 2:14):
- Greed
- Political injustice
- Religious injustice
- Social injustice
- Sexism
- Deception
- Political oppression

Jesus focused His earthly ministry on restoring the relationship between God and His creation (John 2:17). He preached and fought against the social, political and religious injustices of His day (Matthew 5:38-48, Mark 12:13-17, Luke 22:47-51).
Our Lord rebuked religious leaders for not being just, merciful, or compassionate (Matthew 23:1-39, Luke 14:7-8). Jesus taught his disciples not to seek or abuse earthly power like the rulers of this fallen world (Matthew 20:25-28).
Jesus Himself did not come as a conquering Messiah or king God’s people wanted; He humbled Himself to bring justice to people in need (Isaiah 53:3-7, John 10:17-18, Philippians 2:8, Hebrews 5:8).
Russia
As

I write this, Russia has launched another series of attacks on Ukraine. These oppressive assaults have been ongoing for almost three years. It has become more than obvious that Putin and Russia don’t want peace or justice; they only want to conquer, kill, steal, and destroy (John 10:10).
You don’t have to be a politician or world leader to see what is happening in Ukraine and other parts of the world. Jesus warned that we can tell a tree by the fruit it bears and we see President Putin’s fruit clearly:
- Power-hungry
- Greedy
- Unloving
- Violent
- Unjust
The Bible warns us about pursuing power and how it corrupts (2 Samuel 11:1-15, Ecclesiastes 5:8-10, James 3:13-18). The pride of this life has been the downfall of many men and women, even Christians.
As the people of God, we need to be doing good works, pursuing justice, and loving people, because that is what it means to be the light of this world and it will help us not become like this world (Romans 12:1-4). We should have become more like God because only He is ṣadîq!
