Two Ways To Spread the Word About the Goose

This year, we’ve added two new tools to help Wild Goose friends easily share the festival with their online networks.

1. You can add a Wild Goose badge to your Facebook or Twitter profile pic.

The badge–a version of the Wild Goose logo–will appear in the top left hand corner of your pic, so that your photo is still visible. This is an easy and free way to let people know that you plan on attending the festival and to see who else in your network is planning on attending.

2. You can donate one tweet a week to the Wild Goose Festival.

Using a very simple system, this option allows you to “donate” one tweet per week to Wild Goose. By clicking to give us permission, you allow one carefully written update about the festival to go out from your account each week. Tweets are screened by Wild Goose staff, so you do not have to worry about them being used excessively or irresponsibly and you may cancel the service at any time.

Donating a tweet is a great way to help us spread the word without you having to create content or remember to tweet each week. As more and more people join, this option also helps Wild Goose get the word out to a bigger and bigger audience.
