NY Court Says, “Stop Sending Your Unvaccinated Kids to School”

NY Court Says, “Stop Sending Your Unvaccinated Kids to School” June 24, 2014

Finally a court has stood up to the anti-vaccination crazies.

In New York City, parents will no longer have the right to send their unvaccinated kids to school.

According to a Brooklyn Federal District Court judge, in a ruling last week stated that a parent’s constitutional right to freely exercise their religion does not always make their children exempt from vaccination requirements.

This is a massive blow to the anti-vaxxers who often just default to claiming religious reasons for not vaccinating their kids when enrolling them in school, putting hundreds or thousands of kids in harms way.

What do you think of this ruling? Should parents be allowed to make these deadly choices for their children? Should people be allowed to send their kids to school if they have chosen not to vaccinate?
