Mochi is a Japanese treat made out of sticky rice. Mitsuo Nakatana is a master mochi creator and he puts his entire body into making this delectable chewy sticky dessert. Watch him in action – it’s quite a workout and looks very very dangerous and there’s a whole lot of yelling too. They pound together in teams at high speeds and it would just take a split second mistake to have an arm pounded to a pulp. Those customers waiting to taste the delectable mochi get to see a theatrical performance as an added bonus! Awesome!
