“Simply pretending to hold a watermelon does not validate your argument.”

Via Robert Cargill. See also the posts by Nathan Campbell, Tom Verenna, and Joel Watts about Joseph Atwill’s claims for more of the background. (UPDATE: Now see also posts by Unreasonable Faith, Richard Carrier, and JT Eberhard)

-[Grins]. I’ll totally be using that in the future.

Now we will have Jacobovici accusing his critics of mocking his Jewish manual expressiveness.

I’ll check out Cargill’s and Verenna’s posts, but I’ve deleted Watts from my bookmarks since he gave up his credibility, forging an email to win points against Neil Godfrey.

I’ve been hesitant to link to his blog since then, but there have been so few that mentioned the Atwill stuff that I thought that perhaps it might usefully clarify the background to the middle figure, who is arguably the least recognizable in the image.

Well, if you don’t mind sources for Atwill criticism that you would otherwise avoid, then you missed one:

I subscribe to his blog. The post appeared in my feed after I had written this post, otherwise I would have included it. I suppose I ought to have gone back and edited it again and added it and the one at Unreasonable Faith.

            Never too late!

McGrath has been assimilated. It IS aliens. All hail Giorgio A. Tsoukalos!

  • Tom Verenna

    Thanks James!

    Thanks for the linkage.
