Google Christianity

Google Christianity

…I have become all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.
(1 Corinthians 9:22 NKJV)

What is Google?

Is it a search engine?
Is it a word processor?
Is it a spreadsheet?
Is it a blog service?
Is it a route planner?
Is it a translator?
Is it a content provider?
Is it a news service?
Is it a video provider?

It all depends on what you are looking for.

Google lets me do what I need for free. Of course, there is a profit motive for Google. But Google is there to serve the people. Profit comes from advertising. Google profits when it advertises its services. This sounds very similar to sharing the Christian message to me. Sharing the Christian message is like a search on Google? People will search for a variety of things on Google. In the same way, people are searching for meaning in life. Google can provide answers to a person’s electronic search. Christians can share the answer to someone’s life search for meaning.

Who and what are you searching for? Who is Jesus? What can He provide for you? The answer to these questions can be given by a Christian. Someone who knows that you are looking for.
