I hadn’t realized C.S. Lewis died the day before Doctor Who premiered.
Are you deliberately ignoring that JFK died that *same* day?
No, I knew JFK died the day before Doctor Who premiered, and at some point years ago I had heard that he, C.S. Lewis and Aldous Huxley had all died the same day. I just hadn’t made the connection between Lewis and Doctor Who.
You had only commented on C.S. Lewis’s death. Hence, my confusion.
The cartoon is about C. S. Lewis and not JFK, hence my confusion at your confusion.
Then I’ll clarify, I didn’t realize C.S. Lewis died on the same day as JFK.
Are you deliberately ignoring that Aldous Huxley died that *same* day?
Just so we’re clear … ;^)
“Old Misery Guts” had a point, though; and the films based on his oeuvre do much better at the box office! ;^)
