Yeah, this joke is only as funny as your ISP is reliable. The local FiOS has been playing up ever since the last big storm, and it took me a few tries to get the joke as well.
You can always make one that starts “I don’t always use” [insert name of ISP here].

They didn’t manage to avoid sensationalizing things altogether, but what I saw I liked – I have them recorded and still have yet to watch a number of them.
