Generating a New Vision at Success 3.0 Summit

Atheists can approach this through systems theory; others might come to these ideas through varieties of psychology or Sufi enlightenment traditions or Christian mysticism or the Kabbala. It is accessible to all. So, Leo, you are a unique self; you are reality having a "Leo experience." Success, for you, is to be Leo. I can't be your story; success for each of us will be different.

So, how will that context play out at 3.0 Summit?

Every day of the Summit will be more shockingly beautiful than the day before. We're including in the schedule a wide variety of activities: TED Talks; exercises in between and around the talks; music about discovering success; dialogue; intimate settings for participation. We could have thrown this open to an enormous audience, but because we want it to be intimate, participatory, and transformative, we've limited it to 350 attendees. It has been advertised primarily by word-of-mouth. Attendees will have close contact and interaction with a brilliant line-up of thought leaders—John Mackey, CEO of Whole Foods Market; Arianna Huffington of Huffington Post; Ken Wilber of the Integral Institute; Blake Mycoskie, Founder of TOMS; authors John Gray and Jack Canfield; performers and artists, including Alanis Morissette, Moby, DJ Spooky, Julia Ormond; and many more amazing and diverse voices.

Conferences usually focus on identifying what's messed up or wrong, and tell you about what should change, but this won't be that kind of gathering. This will be all about conversation and dialogue, including intimate fifteen-person dinner opportunities with the speakers. Each attendee's unique voice matters, and together we will shape and contribute to a transformed and evolved vision of success.

So, 350 attendees. Whom do you hope to attract? Who can most effectively participate in and benefit from something so "out of the box"?

Well, we only opened registration a couple of weeks ago, and right now we only have twenty-five seats left. We're hoping that each attendee is someone who really wants to evolve, to change, and who is willing to participate in changing the game for everyone, to contribute to the evolution of love. We're looking for those who understand that we're creating a new evolutionary family. We're not dismissing the natural family—on the contrary, we want to benefit and support those relationships—but we're aiming at co-creating an evolutionary family with "soul root connections." These kinds of relationships are centered on the higher goals of a shared vision for the world and our place in it.
