After the Ecstasy, the Laundry...
At first, I thought it was a very large bee, quite close to my head! But when I looked up, there she was! A hovering hummingbird! I knew all those flowers would pay off! I’m a little sorry I haven’t put up a feeder, but I guess there’s still time. It was definitely a lady hummingbird, which only seems appropriate somehow. (Like Ladybugs, it’s hard to imagine a male!) I feel like I’ve really arrived, garden-wise.
