Fast food, particularly burgers are a big thing in Dubai. I tried several different ones including McDonald’s, Shake Shack, The Counter & Five Guys, but my favorite was probably the Sliders (mini-burgers) from Salt. Which is basically a converted food truck on Kite Beach. The burgers, although small, definitely pack a flavor punch. All burgers are made with Wagyu Beef. The “Hook” comes with jalapenos. The “Chicken Cheeto” is a small fried chicken burger with cheese and crushed cheetos on top. Amazing! Don’t forget to get a softie ice cream with salted caramel on top for dessert!
