There are many British and European Expats and Tourists to Dubai. One of their favorite past times is to have High Tea at local hotels and resorts. We went to the Madinat Jumeriah Resort to check it out. The price was a little on the high side, but the views (thats the Burj Al Arab in the background) and experience is worth it. I had Ceylon Tea (my favorite:)) and we had about 3 courses of snacks and desserts. Tip: One order of High Tea is enough for 2 people.
