12. Ike Shehadeh, founder of the famous “Ike’s Place” (which currently serves Halal Chicken at all of their 25 locations), has a new place called “Sweet’s” (2239 Market Street, San Francisco) which he co-owns with Chef Ryan Scott. They hand batter and fry Halal & Organic Chicken Sandwiches there!
