
2. Put down the smartphone.
My husband, Dave, and I have shared in previous posts that this has been a struggle for both of us. We love our smartphones, but we love each other more. So, we do our best to put them away when we get home…unless we are scrolling through pictures or Facetiming with family. The emails and social media status changes can wait. My family deserves my BEST attention, and I can only give that to them when I’m unplugged.
