
3. Go for a walk together.
I love a good walk. It’s great exercise, and it allows us to talk through things. If you feel like you and your partner are stressed out with one another, walking is a great way to blow off some steam and address any issues in a non-intimidating way. In fact, I once read an article that said men were more likely to open up in conversation when talking to someone side-by-side as opposed to face-to-face.
