Jews Need to Fight Back

Jews should stand up more fervently to antisemitism than they have been. As a Jewish believer in Jesus, it is incumbent upon me to address it as well.  Jesus loved all people, especially his own.

I’ve always enjoyed being Jewish. From spinning the dreidel to eating Mom’s great cups of matzah ball soup, I love it all.

But even as a child, I’ve been puzzled as to why most do not stand up to the hatred and demand more from their leaders.

My late father was correct about Jews at the voting booth. They vote for the wrong leaders…..Always!  As a college professor who taught mainly in New York, he warned me about these hatemongers we see on college campuses today.

Sadly, he told me about this in the 1980’s. In addition, he made me aware that this hatred came from professors as well as students.

Antisemitism in the Democratic Party

Jews are misreading the current situation as well. Many believe it to be only at colleges. They are sadly mistaken. Dislike for Jewish people is in the elementary schools, other homes in the neighborhood, and even in Congress.

The ugly truth is Jews pick bad leaders who enable this hatred. I’m not saying Jews caused antisemitism, only that they must be more vigilant at the ballot box.

The Democratic Party has a growing antisemitic problem, which my dad warned me about as a child. This latest round of protests has been aided by a lack of leadership at the top, from both Jews and Christians.

Schumer sold out his principles because he wants to secure Michigan for Biden in the upcoming election. Michigan is a key state for Biden and polls have been mixed. If Schumer, a Jewish person is willing to make ridiculous demands of the homeland, then what are others supposed to think of Israel. His weakness was shown on every news channel across America and internationally too. His selling out of his own people was on full display for the world to see.

It doesn’t stop there. Senator Bernie Sanders is the worst kind of Jews; a self-hating one. He has spent too much time away from his people in Brooklyn (his hometown) while cozying up to other antisemites. He masks his hatred as just being against Israeli policies, but this is a farce. Biden’s Silence is Disturbing

Many protestors say they just hate Israel’s policies, not Jewish people. This is highly unlikely. If you hate their homeland so much, you probably hate their people.

But let’s move to the top. It begins and ends with President Biden. I don’t believe he is antisemitic, but he has let his party and the country display more and more hatred against Jews recently.

Biden’s recent statement about this stinks of weakness. He said “I condemn the anti-Semitic protests.” But then he added a strange disclaimer by saying “I also condemn those who don’t understand what is going on with the Palestinians.” Joe Biden’s shameful silence | WORLD (wng.org)

This statement has appeased some Jews but that is too many. It’s a poor attempt by Joe to have his cake and eat it too.

It’s vital to protect Jewish people and their rights. Not only because it’s the moral thing to do, but Jesus wants it no other way. I’m not going to quote scripture because I don’t need to. Jesus loves his people and wants them to stand up for themselves. And this starts at the ballot box.

So, let’s get rid of AOC and her members in “the Squad.” Don’t forget Sanders, and even Joe because they are not good for Jews and hell, they are not good for anybody.
