I’m told that 80% of all book sales of books released by Mormon book publishers are sold between from the beginning of November through Christmas. With so many people shopping for books as presents, here is an uncommonly good offering at Deseret Book or the Neal A. Maxwell Institute.

            The book is entitled “Planted: Belief and Belonging in an Age of Doubt” by Patrick Q. Mason. Patrick is the Howard W. Hunter Chair of Mormon Studies at Claremont University. The book addresses many questions commonly posed by Latter-day Saints with questions, doubts, and crisis of faith. It is thoughtfully written and grounded in the principles of the gospel.
